Piyush C. Srimal, Esq.

Mr. Srimal is a civil transactional and litigation attorney with significant experience providing a full spectrum of legal services to a range of international and domestic clients. Mr. Srimal began practicing law in India in 1978, where he obtained extensive experience in commercial export law and complex international litigation. Mr. Srimal subsequently obtained over twenty years of experience in the U.S. financial services industry, where he examined thrifts, performed credit review of loan portfolios, implemented internal audits, and performed credit risk analyses. Currently, Mr. Srimal provides a broad range of legal counseling services to both corporate and individual clients.

Mr. Srimal holds a Master of Laws and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Law from Lucknow University, India.
