    Ms. Huber is widely-recognized as a commercial transactional and litigation attorney with national and international experience. Ms. Huber routinely counsels and represents Fortune 100 corporations on all issues of corporate financing and compliance, including federal, state, and local regulatory issues. Ms. Huber also has experience managing all aspects of complex corporate litigation, including national first chair trial and arbitration experience, pre-filing investigations and negotiations, filing and responding to complaints, complex discovery and depositions, and settlement negotiation and resolution. Ms. Huber’s experience includes representation in the defense contracting, insurance, IT, toxic tort, and telecommunications industries.

    Representative Experience

    • Counsels large corporate clients on federal, state, and local statutes and regulations governing corporate and financial compliance.
    • Counsels large corporate clients in connection with complex international purchase and sale agreements, including negotiation, review and analysis of relevant contractual clauses, and valuation of liabilities.
    • Counsels large corporate clients on all aspects of compliance and complex litigation, including pre-trial negotiations and motions, witness preparation, trial, and post-trial negotiations.
    • Counsels public and private sector entities in valuation, structuring, and funding of post-employment liabilities.
    • Counsels and advises individual clients on personal legal issues involving litigation, finance, and transactional matters.
    • Provides pro bono representation to non-profit organizations regarding transactional and litigation matters, and to individuals regarding family law and other personal matters.
