Tim Aiken, Esq.

Tim is a trusts and estates attorney with extensive experience in the planning and establishment of estates for both U.S. and international citizens. He has worked on all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and working with financial institutions and planners in drafting deeds and funding trusts. Tim also has extensive experience in probate and trust administration, and believes that the foundation of estate planning is appreciating the value of protecting loved ones.
