Ms. Huber is widely-recognized as a commercial transactional and litigation attorney with national and international experience. Ms. Huber routinely counsels and represents large foreign and domestic corporations on all issues of corporate financing and compliance, including federal, state, and local regulatory issues and the impact of complex export compliance regimes. Ms. Huber has particular experience negotiating and closing complex international corporate transactions involving numerous parties, complex regulatory requirements, corporate formation overseas, and the interplay of foreign and domestic law in emerging economies.
Ms. Huber also has extensive experience managing all aspects of complex corporate litigation, including national first chair trial and arbitration experience, pre-filing investigations and negotiations, filing and responding to complaints, complex discovery and depositions, and settlement negotiation and resolution.
Ms. Huber's experience includes representation in the oil and gas, insurance, IT, toxic tort, real estate, telecommunications, and defense and intelligence industries.
